It is not like you can find them through posting a job advertisement on the newspaper. This is not the usual way of attracting these professionals.



The reason why you are hiring is because you need the expertise of these people to run your business. Running a business is not a one man show. You need the collaboration of other individuals who have the expertise, who are experts in certain fields in which you are not an expert of.



The company's future lies in the hands of the workers employed by it. If the employees are good, the can expect to survive for in the industry. The company has many competitors in the industry. You are not the only company that is producing the products that you are selling in the market.



If the employees are lousy in their jobs, then that does not show much about the company. The productivity level of the company will be affected. In due time, it will soon affect the profitability of the company. In the end, everybody will suffer. The company will endure loss and where there is loss, there is the potential of retrenchment.

Employees should get rewarded based on merits. There should not be any favoritism whatsoever. This is not healthy to practice in the company.

That is why these individuals also demand a high salary because anytime they can be out of job either because of mistakes or low performance.
